What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop key performance indicators dashboards
  • Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
  • Build and maintain reporting using SQL, Spotfire, PowerBI, and other tools
  • Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insight and data analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
  • Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in building dashboards and reports in PowerBI
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
