We are a Toyota‑Certified Collision Center seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to delivering a professional customer experience and supporting daily shop operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist with check‑in and pick‑up
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Schedule estimates, repairs, and follow‑up appointments
• Assist customers with basic repair status queries and general information
• Coordinate with estimators, managers, and technicians as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and repair records in the system
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable
• Support customer satisfaction and delivery process

Qualifications

• Customer service or receptionist experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer skills and phone etiquette

Preferred Experience

• Automotive, Dealership, or Collision Center Experience (not required)
