Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and reporting systems
• Deliver monthly financials and actionable insights
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and grant accounting
• Coordinate audits and payroll
• Drive process improvements and internal controls

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting experience (nonprofit a plus)
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business (CPA bonus points)
• Detail‑driven, organized, and a natural problem solver
• Supervisory experience and tech‑savvy with accounting software
