What You’ll Do

• Transform project accounting from transactional to strategic.
• Develop standardized processes, tools, and KPIs for project setup, billing, and profitability tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to ensure financial excellence.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for real‑time insights.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience in building or expanding a project accounting function, including developing policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle financials, revenue recognition, and project controls.
• Expertise in project lifecycle financials, revenue recognition, and ERP systems (Deltek preferred).
