Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire) – Onsite, East Indianapolis
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting top executives? LHH is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our top clients on the east side of Indianapolis.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex, fast-paced calendars and scheduling for C-suite or executive leaders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure executives are fully prepared
- Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and keep projects on schedule
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to set and maintain timelines
- Draft professional communications and maintain strong relationships across teams
- Proactively identify ways to streamline processes and boost productivity
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years supporting senior executives (VP or C-suite) in dynamic environments
- Proven expertise in complex calendaring and high-volume coordination
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive accountability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, and productivity tools
- Adaptable, organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.
