We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founders of the company. This is a part-time role, with the potential to expand over time.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages priorities with discretion, and communicates effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Handle scheduling requests and respond to related emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage both business and personal matters for the founders with absolute confidentiality and urgency.
  • Act as a central point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between executives and teams.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Positive, loyal, and reliable — a trusted partner for the executive team.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem‑solver with both a “big picture” and detail‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Creative, assertive, and confident in decision-making.
  • Located in Miami, Florida (remote role, with occasional office visits).
