We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founders of the company. This is a part-time role, with the potential to expand over time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages priorities with discretion, and communicates effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Handle scheduling requests and respond to related emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage both business and personal matters for the founders with absolute confidentiality and urgency.
- Act as a central point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between executives and teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Positive, loyal, and reliable — a trusted partner for the executive team.
- Proactive and resourceful problem‑solver with both a “big picture” and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Creative, assertive, and confident in decision-making.
- Located in Miami, Florida (remote role, with occasional office visits).
