H. T. PROF Group is hiring: Production Coordinator in New York

Communicate with factories on all production-related issues

Monitor the full lifecycle of each style throughout production

Relay retailer requirements to factories regarding color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing

Maintain daily follow-ups on production and delivery status through email and PLM systems

Track submits, approvals, timelines, and production progress using reports such as Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily factory correspondence

Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions with the Design and Tech teams, and share their feedback with factories

Send items for approval to Retailers and Licensors, communicating and following up with their teams as needed

Ensure all testing meets compliance standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in apparel production for mass‑market retailers

Required Skills

• Skilled at multitasking in a fast‑paced environment

• Familiarity with tech packs and apparel construction
• Proficient with computers and digital tools
