Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories on all production-related issues
• Monitor the full lifecycle of each style throughout production
• Relay retailer requirements to factories regarding color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing
• Maintain daily follow-ups on production and delivery status through email and PLM systems
• Track submits, approvals, timelines, and production progress using reports such as Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily factory correspondence
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions with the Design and Tech teams, and share their feedback with factories
• Send items for approval to Retailers and Licensors, communicating and following up with their teams as needed
• Ensure all testing meets compliance standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production for mass‑market retailers
