Base pay range: $15.49/hr – $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, including processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Greet customers and patients, offer assistance with products and services, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Practice and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, maintain merchandise, take inventory, check in and price items as directed.
• Implement asset‑protection procedures, minimize profit loss, and ensure compliance with regulations concerning regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays (promotional, seasonal, superstructures, sale merchandise), perform resets and revisions as directed.
• Separate food items, manage stock rotation using FIFO, and ensure proper product placement.
• Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (digital passport photo, poster printing, creative machines, suggestive selling of photo products).
• Assume web‑pick‑up responsibilities: monitor orders, pick items, and deliver orders to customers.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance for a clean, orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment for at least six months.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
