Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long‑term loyalty.
• Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist in transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Ensure all product at the front end is merchandised per visual standards.
• Maintain the front‑end entrance and exterior of the building.
• Maintain front‑end operations, store standards, and company programs to meet all expectations.
• Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front‑end Associates.
• Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large service‑oriented business preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.

Pay

New Hire Starting Pay: $16.75–$17.75 per hour. Pay ranges may differ by location. Actual pay is based on location, position, experience, skill level, and qualifications. Compensation will not be below the local minimum wage.
