In office, half day Fridays Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for active job openings
Conduct targeted candidate searches using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter
Develop and maintain lists of target companies and candidate profiles for specific roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews with hiring managers and clients
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, sales support, or high‑volume call environments
Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong interest in talent acquisition
Ability to work onsite in our Houston office, Monday through Friday
