We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to provide leadership and clinical oversight for our Durham, NC clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about mentorship, clinical quality, and supporting therapist growth in a positive and supportive environment.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Oversee ABA treatment planning and program implementation
Conduct clinical reviews and support high‑quality treatment fidelity
Partner with families to support engagement and client progress
Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of clinical team members
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑oriented culture
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support clinic success
Compensation $115,000–$130,000 annually, including performance‑based bonus opportunity.
Schedule Monday–Friday, on‑site at our Durham, NC clinic.
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
Minimum 3 years of ABA clinical experience post‑certification preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, family‑centered care
Passion for supporting team development and high‑quality clinical services
