Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a compassionate and experienced
BCBA
to join our Fayetteville, NC clinic. You will help lead high-quality ABA programming, support RBTs and Behavior Technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful progress for each child.
What You Will Do
Conduct functional assessments and treatment planning
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapy staff
Monitor progress through data-driven review
Communicate and collaborate with families
Maintain compliance and documentation standards
Support a collaborative, positive clinic culture
Compensation
$85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience supervising BTs/RBTs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
