Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Bilingual fluency to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Experience with automated manufacturing processes or robotics.
