Business Development Manager
to drive sales efforts and expand market share across Metro Grand Rapids/Holland. This is an
individual contributor role
focused purely on new business development. You’ll build client relationships, acquire new accounts, and help scale branch revenue in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role provides a defined territory with strong growth potential, plus the support of an established brand. Requirements
2+ years of proven B2B sales success in the staffing industry
or
light industrial/manufacturing sales Knowledge of the Metro Grand Rapids market (Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Grand Haven) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Demonstrated outbound activity: cold calls, client visits, proposals, CRM usage Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a book of business from the ground up Call to Action
