Base Pay Range
$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Description 100% onsite. 3 month initial duration with strong potential for extension or conversion. We need candidates specializing in backend payroll or post‑payroll processing. The role focuses on payroll tax processing.
Responsibilities
Work with state agencies.
Handle tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and third‑party authorizations.
Communicate clearly and effectively.
Ensure all project aspects are considered and executed with attention to detail.
Qualifications
High school diploma with 2‑3 years of payroll tax experience.
Solid foundation in federal, state, and FICA taxes.
Experience with payroll tax filing.
Strong attention to detail, self‑motivation, and consistency.
Additional Requirements
High volume work.
First round virtual meeting followed by on‑site meeting.
No flexibility with rate.
100% onsite.
