Automotive Service Advisor – Toyota of Huntington
The Empire Automotive Group, Toyota of Huntington, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. Our brand‑new showroom and service facility features a service drive‑through with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, an efficient shop, and a spacious waiting room with a full beverage and snack bar.
Base pay range $70,000–$120,000 per year
Job Description Join a team focused on customer satisfaction. You will oversee service orders, ensure prompt and courteous service, and provide concierge support for all owner inquiries. Your goal is to create positive customer experiences and drive the dealership’s success.
Daily Work Schedule (Responsibilities)
Oversee service orders and the flow of the Service Lane.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer’s experience by performing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether on the phone or in person.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
Oversee warranty claim administration and train or supervise service department staff.
Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain a good working relationship with factories and foster positive employee relations.

At least one year of prior customer‑facing service or telephone contact experience.
