Overview The Estimator/Project Manager will collect and analyze information to estimate costs of asphalt and concrete repair for projects and bids.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Estimates the cost of new asphalt and concrete and any repairs to asphalt and concrete roadways and driveways.

Analyzes the depth and product requirements of customer plans or requests.

Gathers contact and contract data for billing and contract purposes.

Provides detailed reports that will include breakdowns of project costs.

Meets with customers upon receiving leads within a timely manner (no more than 24 hours).

Required to communicate with customers in a professional manner.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and procedures.

Proficient with estimating software.

Proficient in Google Suite or similar software.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education and Experience:

At least three years of related experience required.

A minimum of three years previous asphalt and or concrete estimating required.

All Estimators/Project Managers must maintain a clean driving record and be fully insured.
