Organizational skills: track multiple, concurrent tasks with varying priorities and due‑dates that may change.
Communication skills: effective written and verbal communication to large audiences, explain performance variance, ask insightful questions, convey alternatives, and develop visual representations of ideas, data variances, and trends.
Desired Skills
Prior large corporation, IT Project or Program experience – understanding of large‑company workflows, request processes, and information needs.
Financial forecast support for software services – develop and refine multi‑year forecasts for external providers.
SAP/ERP implementation project experience – knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project lifecycle deliverables.
Software proficiency: competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Experience creating compelling presentations and documents.
Additional Software Knowledge Desired
MS-Project – create, modify, and analyze large resource‑loaded project plans.
Use of PowerBI and/or PowerApp and SharePoint for document management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
Work Experience 10+ years of experience in large software programs and/or project experience.
