Mid-Level Workflow Manager - Facilitation and Management (DASW MI)
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $96,000.00-$106,000.00
Position Overview QinetiQ US is a leading defense and national security company delivering mission‑led innovation for the U.S. government. We support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) and related offices with advanced mission operations and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and high‑quality support to Executive‑level Principals in a complex, fast‑paced environment requiring critical thinking, initiative, and professional judgment.
Manage correspondence and coordination, including review of reports and correspondence packages for completeness, structure, content, and format.
Support Executive‑level administrative duties for Senior Executives in the Government, Military (DoD Flag / General Officers), or Private Sector.
Monitor the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) database and route correspondence per approved distribution codes or routing lists.
Consistently meet deadlines, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information, interacting with a broad range of highly sensitive issues with the front offices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university; 4 years of specialized experience may replace the degree when appropriate.
Three (3) years of recent, relevant experience as a Workflow Manager.
Top Secret/SCI eligibility clearance for all tasks and maintenance of eligibility for the duration of the contract.
Demonstrated experience providing high‑quality support to Executive‑level Principals in a complex environment.
Experience and skills in correspondence and coordination management support.
Experience and skills in Executive Level Administrative Assistant support to Senior Executives in the Government, Military, or Private Sector.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in NARA requirements for records management.
