Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in real estate, accounting, finance, economics or related field preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of related experience in financial analysis / real estate asset management.

High level of proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Experience with financial modeling, including cash flow models, IRR calculations, discounted cash flow valuations, and sensitivity tables.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to colleagues, senior management, and clients/investors.

Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, combined with ability to work independently.

Strong attention to detail & organization skills with the ability to manage & prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Experience reading and interpreting joint venture documents and loan agreements.

Ability to mentor and develop analysts and senior analysts.

Desire to interact with the real estate community to develop relationships with partners and brokers (leasing, investment sales and capital markets).

Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
