Proactively managing supply disruptions and identifying substitutes
Forecasting surgical demand and optimizing inventory planning

AI-enabled workflow and data tools enhancing productivity
Empowering healthcare staff to focus on exceptional patient care
Position Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target the top 100 health systems in the country, focusing on health system executives
Identify and prioritize target accounts, leveraging existing relationships and networks to gain access to key decision-makers.
Attending major healthcare conferences and events to network, generate leads, and showcase their solutions.
Work closely with the CEO, focusing on driving revenue growth and establishing a strong foundation for future sales success.
Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize the sales process.
Drive product adoption by demonstrating the value proposition of the solutions and integration with their existing software systems (ERP, EHR, WMS, POU, EDI, CLM, RCM).
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and demos.
Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on growing annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent sales growth and revenue generation.
Develop and nurture relationships with key executives at top 100 health systems to secure high-value contracts and partnerships.
Experience & Skills Compensation $200k-$250k, medical, dental and 2 Atenas plan options
Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in healthcare software sales, with experience selling to health system executives, CEOs, Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and CFOs.
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, inventory management, operations, and software systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Well-connected with a strong rolodex of contacts in the healthcare industry, particularly at top health systems.
Energetic and proactive, with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
