Senior Mechanical Estimator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities & Qualifications
10+ years of mechanical estimating experience in MEP construction
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with FastEst software is a strong plus
Ability to accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
Collaborate with team to coordinate backlog and bid priorities
Complete detailed quantity take-offs, bid recaps, and scope letters
Support project teams post-award with budgets, clarifications, and turnover documents
Occasional travel (less than 10%) for site visits across Northern AZ
