School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Santa Clara, California
A full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year within a K-12 educational setting in Santa Clara, CA. This contract role involves replacing virtual SLPs and does not include VOCO responsibilities. Ideal candidates will hold relevant certifications such as SLP - School, SLP - CFY, or SLP - CCC and demonstrate experience providing speech and language services in schools.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver speech and language assessments, interventions, and therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
Maintain clear documentation and comply with school district policies and state regulations.
Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs in virtual and in-person environments.
Desired Qualifications
Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
Experience in school-based speech therapy services, preferably working with K-12 students.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education processes.
