Direct Support Professional (DSP) Summary We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers for our residential areas. As a DSP, you will support residents in daily care tasks—personal care, activities, meals, outings, and more—while ensuring their safety throughout the day. This role is ideal for a compassionate, motivated individual looking to make a lasting impact on our residents’ lives.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is required.
No experience necessary—4 weeks of paid training is provided.
Ability to work weekends is required.

Pay Scale
DSP with HS Diploma/GED
Day Shift: $20.00/hour (weekdays), +$2.00 on weekends.
Evening Shift: $20.00/hour +$3.00 on weekdays (M‑F) +$5.00 on weekends.
Overnight Shift: $20.00/hour +$1.50 on weekdays +$3.00 on weekends.
DSP with 4‑Year Degree
Day Shift: $21.00/hour (weekdays), +$2.00 on weekends.
Evening Shift: $21.00/hour +$3.00 on weekdays +$5.00 on weekends.
Overnight Shift: $21.00/hour +$1.50 on weekdays +$3.00 on weekends.
