We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading general contractor in Wilmington, NC. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery. Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively. Manage procurement processes and ensure the timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with clients to meet project requirements and expectations.
