Project Management Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with client requirements.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
Manage project teams, including contractors and sub-contractors, to ensure quality and safety standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and construction standards.
Support continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from projects.
Qualifications
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience managing municipal construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
