You will manage all aspects of renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This is a full-time, on‑site leadership role based in Raleigh.

Plan, oversee, and execute renovation projects from initiation to completion.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Supervise and mentor team members to achieve project goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
