As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating each day. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent and ensuring the store operates efficiently.
In this role you will provide input on merchandising strategies, drive revenue, and manage the back of house. You will be accountable for driving sales by ensuring a well‑organized stockroom, strong merchandise flow practices, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and supplies and facilities management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
College / post‑secondary degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $18.00 plus the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on brand, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, paid time off, employee discount and retirement plans.
