Responsibilities
Lead by example and guide the sales team with integrity and strategic vision.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop merchandising strategies and execute store plans to drive revenue.
Ensure accurate and efficient stockroom operations, including compelling merchandise flow, replenishment, markdown execution, and stock accuracy.
Manage supplies and facilities, maintaining safety and operational standards.
Communicate effectively across the team, cascading updates and ensuring alignment.
Provide front‑line insights to improve business performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail shipping & receiving management.
College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to motivate and influence partners.
Proficiency with retail systems and office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Open availability and flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Compensation Salary range: $21.00 per hour, with bonus or commission benefits depending on brand. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, short & long‑term disability, paid time off, employee discount/perks, and employer‑contributed retirement plans. Availability of benefits may be subject to location and employment type; salaries negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
