My client seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on high-impact construction projects across North Carolina. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on active job sites
Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and permits
Manage logistics, including materials, equipment, and site readiness
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and engineers
Represent the company professionally with clients and partners on-site

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and vertical construction practices
Experience with public, healthcare, or municipal projects is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Base Salary up to $150K
