What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle accounting, including GAAP compliance, balance sheet management, and month/quarter/year-end close processes
Handle reconciliations, internal reporting, and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
Build and refine financial models and develop insights that guide business decision-making
Improve, streamline, and automate accounting and financial systems
Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, product, and engineering to ensure financial clarity across a multi-stakeholder business
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years of professional accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations and internal controls
Previous experience working with financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
Preferred Skills
MBA, CPA or previous accounting leadership experience
Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment
