Responsibilities

Lead a high‑performing team in identifying and evaluating major gift donors.

Develop and execute prospect research, data analytics, and portfolio strategies.

Ensure data‑informed decisions and measurable results in Advancement services.

Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through presentations and reports.

Implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience, including one (1) year of managerial experience.

Four (4) or more years of experience in prospect research, analytics, or Advancement services.

Proficiency with CRMs and complex databases (e.g., Advance, Blackbaud, Salesforce).

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in public administration, library science, business analytics, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Three (3) or more years of managerial experience.

Experience in higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit fundraising.

Proficiency in predictive modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

Involvement in professional prospect development organizations.
