Base Pay Range $26.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Job Overview Position Schedule: Full-Time Branch Address: 715 Northwest Adams St, Mcminnville, OR This posting will remain open for 30 days, from 28‑Dec‑2025, but may close early due to volume of applicants.
Role Summary You will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to clients and helping financial advisors meet their goals. The BOA is the first voice and face clients encounter.
Training and Support
Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor
A wide support network that extends from branch office to region to the home office
Independent work with a large team backing you at every step
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Help develop yearly business plans with financial advisors
Listen for client life changes that may indicate a need for additional services
Support marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
Additional Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions
Manage account opening, transfers, and other requests on behalf of advisors
Schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, and manage correspondence
Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan
Learn and use firm software such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, etc.
