Account Manager – responsible for selling and managing relationships with utility and renewable developer customers in the western United States, ideally in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships across all client levels.
Serve as the face of Siemens Energy for Grid Technologies, positioning us as a technical expert.
Lead business development efforts across the Grid Technologies Equipment and Services portfolio.
Align cross‑functional teams around customer‑centric goals.
Champion the customer perspective internally to shape winning strategies and resolve implementation challenges.
Communicate key developments, successes, and challenges to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
5 or more years of relevant experience.
Strong communicator capable of engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of effective information sharing.
Familiarity with financial targets and Salesforce.com; industry experience a plus.
Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast‑changing environments.
Travel Approximately 20% travel.
