Position Summary:

The HR Specialist is a part‑time position. This role is responsible for providing support in human resources administration, payroll processing, and employee data management. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution using ADP (or similar systems), maintains compliance with employment regulations, and delivers exceptional service to employees and leadership.

Payroll Administration Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and benefits.

HR Administrative Support Manage employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Compliance & Policy Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Support audits and reporting requirements.

Employee Support Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Provide guidance on HR processes and elevate issues as needed.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience required.

Experience:

2+ years of HR administrative experience.
