The Personal Lines Insurance Account Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with inquiries related to personal lines insurance policies. Additional responsibilities include engaging in sales activities, identifying opportunities to cross-sell insurance products, and guiding clients in understanding and selecting coverage options. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bohemia, NY, where team collaboration and direct client interactions are essential components of daily work. Qualifications
Strong skills in Account Management to efficiently handle client accounts and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, capable of building positive client relationships and addressing inquiries effectively. Experience with Sales, including upselling and cross-selling insurance products to meet customer needs and agency goals. Ability to provide education to clients on insurance policy details and options. Knowledge of insurance industry practices is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. New York State Property & Casualty Brokers license preferred or a willingness to obtain the license shortly after being hired. Seniority level
