Day-to-Day
Analyze commercial property, D&O, and CGL policies for coverage determinations and bad-faith exposure in multimillion claims
Draft declaratory judgment complaints and oppositions to motions in Georgia Superior and N.D. Ga federal courts
Conduct depositions of adjusters, underwriters, and corporate designees on claim handling practices
Argue summary judgment motions challenging policy exclusions and indemnity obligations
Prepare and second-chair bench trials or arbitrations on extra-contractual liability issues
Pay range $185,000.00/yr – $215,000.00/yr
