The Assistant Service Manager will oversee and coordinate property-related construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. This role requires a proactive approach to managing resources and maintaining strong client relationships.
Manage day-to-day operations of property-related construction projects for over 120 clients.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Monitor project budgets and address any variances promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Support the Service Manager in strategic planning and resource allocation.
