Residential Supervisor – Uta Halee Academy
Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female‑specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive, meaningful futures through rigorous education, skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions.
Pay & Benefits Pay:
Starting $54,000.
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage within 90 days.

What you will do
Oversee the daily management and supervision of group living.
Ensure ROP programs are implemented per policies and licensing requirements.
Supervise Group Leaders, Coach Counselors, and other staff.
Provide direct care to at‑risk youth, monitoring and documenting behaviors.
Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
Collaborate with professional staff to achieve each student’s treatment‑plan goals.
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility.
Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.
Pass search of the Child Abuse Central Registry.
Schedule Shift B: 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off. Wednesday 2 p.m.–10 p.m. and Thursday–Saturday 8 a.m.–10 p.m. with a 2‑hour break.
