Summary The AHQ (Americas Headquarters) HR Projects Administrator serves as a central project execution and facilitation role within the AHQ HR Strategy & Projects function, supporting the Americas region by driving disciplined delivery of cross‑sub‑sidiary HR initiatives. This position is responsible for leading structured project intake, developing and managing project plans, coordinating multi‑stakeholder teams, and ensuring accountability to timelines and deliverables across a diverse portfolio of HR projects. Acting as both a project lead and analytical partner, the role provides clear visibility into project progress, outcomes, and organizational value through executive reporting and data‑driven insights, including maintenance of the AHQ Power BI project tracker. In addition, the role supports continuous improvement by researching innovative solutions, maintaining standardized project documentation, and contributing to strategic initiatives and training efforts that strengthen AHQ HR's impact, governance, and operational excellence across all supported subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
Lead structured project intake engagements with subsidiary and regional stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and required deliverables prior to project launch
Develop comprehensive project plans and execution timelines, including milestones, ownership assignments, critical path dependencies, and escalation points to ensure disciplined and predictable project delivery
Serve as the designated project lead for assigned AHQ HR initiatives, driving execution discipline and holding project contributors accountable to agreed‑upon timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑sub‑sidiary project teams across the Americas region, ensuring alignment between AHQ HR Strategy & Projects and local HR leadership within each supported subsidiary
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, identifying delays, resource constraints, or scope changes and implementing mitigation strategies to preserve project objectives
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and executive summaries for AHQ leadership, clearly communicating progress, issues, decisions required, and projected completion outcomes
Analyze project outcomes and organizational impact, evaluating effectiveness, efficiency gains, compliance improvements, and value creation to inform leadership decision‑making and future project prioritization
Maintain the AHQ HR Power BI project tracker, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reporting across all active and completed projects within the portfolio
Manage and organize all project documentation and artifacts within SharePoint, enforcing standardized naming conventions, version control, and documentation best practices
Research and evaluate innovative HR solutions, tools, and methodologies, serving as a subject matter resource to project teams and supporting continuous improvement across AHQ HR initiatives
Provide ad‑hoc project and logistical support for AHQ HR events, forums, and regional initiatives as business needs arise
Design and deliver training sessions and supporting materials related to project management practices, tools, or HR initiatives for internal stakeholders
Support the Head of AHQ HR Strategy & Projects with research, analysis, and implementation planning for high‑level strategic initiatives impacting the Americas region
Contribute to the refinement of AHQ project management standards, templates, and governance processes to enhance consistency and scalability across subsidiaries
Serve as a knowledge resource and mentor to junior project team members by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and practical guidance on project execution
Compensation Range $68,000 - $78,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
