We are currently hiring
Flex Security Officers
in the Cincinnati, OH area. Pay is $18/hr, paid weekly.
Benefits:
All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) for 20‑hour work weeks (minimum 500 hours per year) and six months of service with Sunstates Security.
Requirements
Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Must be flexible and team oriented.
1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Must be reliable.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Scheduling Expectations
Training at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need; assignments are temporary.
Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary based on operational need.
Shifts will be offered as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some shifts are scheduled in advance; others may be short‑notice calls to cover unavailable staff.
Expected to work any scheduled shift within your availability; communicate unavailability promptly.
For short‑notice call‑ins, work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusal more than 20% may impact employment status.
Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.
