REQ006217**The next part of your journey is right around the corner — with The Standard.****Job Summary**This role serves as the business lead for inbound and outbound data integrations and enrollment systems of moderate to high complexity. You will guide new and existing integrations, manage data implementation and change projects, and act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and customers. The position includes triaging data issues, coordinating with technical partners, and supporting team capability development through informal leadership.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead customer conversations on data onboarding specifications and expectations for API and enrollment system integrations.* Communicate technical concepts and negotiate with customers and service providers to advocate for integration solutions.* Configure and test API integrations, mapping tools, and transactions while providing feedback to customers and partners.* Coordinate with internal business and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of integration work.* Manage data implementation, re‑implementation, and issue triage for moderate to high‑complexity integrations while providing subject matter expertise and informal leadership.**Skills and Background You’ll Need****Must‑Have*** Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.* 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, and customer‑facing project management within the health benefits industry.* Experience with API configuration using Adeptia or similar graphical user interface tools.* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying tools such as SQL Server or TOAD.* Enrollment or absence case configuration experience with Workday, Selerix, ADP, PlanSource, or other benefits administration systems.**Preferred*** Understanding of basic database concepts and customer‑facing project management.* Experience with JScript or JavaScript.**Key Behaviors of a Successful Candidate*** **Improvement Mindset:** Seeks innovative digital and non‑digital solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and customer value.* **Adaptability:** Adjusts quickly to changing circumstances and shifts priorities as needed.* **Driving Success:** Takes initiative, pursues ambitious goals, and demonstrates resilience when facing obstacles.We have built an enduring legacy of stability, financial strength and exceptional customer service through the contributions of the service-oriented people who choose to work at The Standard.
