The Neuroscience Sales Representative (NSR) in Savannah, GA will be responsible for driving sales performance and building relationships with healthcare professionals to support our CNS therapeutic portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Follow compliance guidelines to drive sales performance, ensuring forecasts are met or exceeded within the assigned territory by calling on predominantly primary care health‑care professional (HCP) offices and select PC targets both in person and virtually.
Develop superior product and disease‑state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue about evidence, approved indications, and safety profiles to support on‑label prescribing.
Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
Operate independently to drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territorial expectations.
Maintain current understanding of the local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, and share information with internal stakeholders.
Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers and regions, identifying appropriate programs and resources for each customer segment.
Deliver special education to healthcare providers through programs consistent with ethical guidelines.
Work with the District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that achieves all objectives, capitalizing on formulary approvals and other opportunities.
Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and share best practices.
Ensure timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales data, customer objectives, communications, and expense reporting.
Meet or exceed all NSR deliverables and deliver a compliant business plan based on customer needs.
Complete all company‑required training within specified timelines.
Understand that duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
At least 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred.
Experience in antipsychotic, bipolar, or related CNS product sales is a plus.
Strong desire to improve patient and caregiver outcomes, with a patient‑centric approach.
Adherence to high integrity and Company compliance policies.
Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, sound judgment, teamwork, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Track record of learning and adapting to evolving environments such as COVID‑19.
Ability to remain agile in a changing tele‑medicine and virtual environment.
Data‑analysis skills to assess progress against objectives and identify new opportunities.
Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information.
Flexibility in work hours, including meetings outside normal hours.
Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight trips, to corporate headquarters and meetings.
Capacity to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Salary and Benefits Estimated base pay range: $79,000 – $130,000.
