is seeking an Adjunct Instructor in Psychology to advance the institution’s tradition of academic excellence, student life, and community service in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver instruction for psychology courses using a variety of effective methodologies.
Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports in a timely manner.
Provide academic advising, office hours, and supplemental support to students.
Engage in professional development and keep current with developments in the discipline and technology.
Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, including committee work and student events.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology (or related field) with at least 18 graduate hours.
One year of college‑level teaching experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work with diverse student populations, and proficiency with Blackboard or similar LMS.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students in a learning‑centered environment.
