Travel Nurse Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Night Shift), Olathe, KS
Job Overview GHR Healthcare is seeking a Travel Telemetry RN to provide critical cardiac care in a state‑of‑the‑art telemetry unit for a 13‑week assignment. Position offers a 12‑hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week, totaling 36 hours.

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,750 – $1,870

Qualifications
Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred AHA)
Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
Proficiency with post‑procedure TR Bands and cardiac drips (Heparin, Butamax, Lasix, Cardizem), and Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Ability to attend required orientation and ongoing training sessions
Compliance with nicotine‑free workplace policy
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in the Telemetry/Cardiac unit
Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, including cardiac drips, and manage post‑procedure TR Bands
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Float to other acute care units as needed to support patient care
Accurately document all care provided in the EPIC EMR system
Participate in orientation and required ongoing training for travel nurses
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
