The Construction Project Manager – K-12 is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of school construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role manages budgets, schedules, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope. Manage K-12 school construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet design and construction specifications. Oversee schedules, budgets, and on-site resources to maintain efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing concerns promptly. Monitor construction progress on-site and resolve issues as they arise. Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance to stakeholders. Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals and uphold high standards of workmanship. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site teams and coordinate multiple phases of construction. Effective communication skills for working with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Proficiency in construction project management software and scheduling tools.
