Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of municipal and K-12 construction projects from start to finish.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.

Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Identify and resolve issues promptly during the construction process.

Implement and monitor on-site safety protocols.

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing municipal and K-12 construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Commitment to maintaining safety standards on construction sites.
