About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to motivate and guide our production team — all while ensuring we deliver top‑quality products that exceed customer expectations. You’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor: coaching employees, optimizing processes, and keeping operations running safely and smoothly.

What You Will Do

Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees

Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence

Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards

Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gauges, rail gauges, and micrometers

Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications

Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals

Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity

Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts

Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement

What Experience You Need

Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or a related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential
