Bilingual
In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS)
will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – required
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Option of a traditional 5-day or 4-day work week (work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday)
